This document (the “ToS”) is a contract between you (“you” and its derivatives), visitor of the site accessible at the URL<https://www.meetanya.com>(the “Site”), and the company Anya , the details of which appear in article 1.
You can download this contract here and find it at any time from the link at the bottom of the Site. By browsing the Site, you are deemed to have read the ToS and accept them without reservation.
The Site is operated by the company Anya Technologies SAS, with a share capital of € 10,000, registered with the Grenoble RCS under number 884 781 733, whose head office is located at 93 Cours Berriat, 38000, Grenoble, France (“Anya” or “we” and its derivatives).

You can access free of charge any page of the Site to which you know the URL address or to which another site (for example, a search engine) has redirected you. For security reasons, we may subject your access to the site to a prior test (“captcha”).
The use of advanced features of the Site, such as continuous survey platform, however, requires the creation of an account and subscription, after a trial period of seven calendar days.
We strive, on the basis of an obligation of means, to maintain access to the Site at all times and we undertake to carry out regular checks in order to verify its functioning and accessibility. As such, it is possible that access to the Site will be temporarily suspended for maintenance purposes. We do our best to inform you of these maintenance periods and limit your inconvenience by scheduling them as much as possible at low usage times. We cannot be held responsible for temporary difficulties or impossibilities of access to the Site which could be caused by external circumstances, in particular disruptions of the telecommunications networks or the defects of our hosting providers.
We undertake to use our best means to ensure good quality of access to the Site and to ensure the reliability and speed of the online data that we disseminate.
Anya has set itself the objective of a service availability of 99.99% according to the definition above. This objective is indicative and in no way constitutes an obligation of result, as a consequence of which no action in liability can be brought for failure to achieve this objective. In any case, the availability of our service depends on the availability of the services of our hosting providers.
In order to achieve this objective, we strive to correct any anomaly preventing the proper use of the Site as soon as possible.
The texts, software, logos and content on the Site are liable to be protected by an intellectual property right (for example a copyright or a trademark) which belongs to us.
Only the rights of access to the Site and the rights of use of its functionalities are recognized to you. It is therefore strictly forbidden to perform any operation aimed at accessing the source code of the Website, its database or any element likely to be protected by an intellectual property right, and to reproduce, represent, distribute or use elements protected without prior written permission from us.

We undertake to use our best means, without being subject to any obligation of result, to provide access to the Site and its functions. We cannot be held responsible for any damage that may result from your access to the Site: your use of the Site, its functions and the information you find there are under your sole responsibility.
In any event, and without prejudice to any clause of the ToS limiting our liability, the liability that we are liable to incur is expressly limited to only direct and proven damage that you have suffered as a result of us.
The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and may give rise to any action in order to repair any damage caused, including the termination of any agreement that would bind us to you:
- any behavior likely to interrupt, suspend, slow down or prevent access to the Site
- all intrusions or attempted intrusions into our systems
- all misappropriation of the Site's system resources,all actions likely to impose a disproportionate charge on our infrastructures
- all breaches of security and authentication measures
- all acts likely to infringe our rights and financial, commercial or moral interests and / or those of the users of the Site
- any action aimed at monetizing, selling, lending or granting all or part of access to the Services or the Site, as well as to the information hosted and / or shared there.
We reserve the right to take any appropriate measure in the event of a breach of one of the provisions of the ToS if they are applicable to you, or more generally, if we identify a breach of the laws and regulations in force.
We reserve the right to modify, update or change these ToS at any time. Any modification will be the subject of information on the Site by means of an information banner placed for a period of thirty (30) days before the entry into force of the new ToS. Any navigation at the end of this period will be subject to the new ToS.
We are always ready to examine an amicable solution before any legal action. In the event of legal action, the dispute will be subject to French law and to the jurisdiction of the Judicial Court of Paris, or, failing that, of the French court with territorial jurisdiction.
These general conditions entered into force on August 14th, 2020 for new users, September 14th, 2020 for users who had an account before this date.
